DRRT enters into strategic alliance with IVOX
DRRT has increased and further manifested its commitment to total shareholder protection by entering into a strategic alliance with IVOX (www.ivox-europe.com), one of Europe’s leading proxy voting providers and research analysts in the European and global AGM-representation field. DRRT views this as a step towards a fully integrated investor protection program, which commences at the prevention level through responsible proxy-voting and extends to the loss recovery level once a fraud has occurred or damage has been done.
In order to help institutional investors, issuers and intermediaries, IVOX provides information and voting solutions adapted to the European market. The IVOX system improves voting efficiency and effectiveness at all stages of the voting process while reducing costs and increasing participation levels in the forum which brings together issuers and investors alike.
The IVOX/DRRT alliance allows IVOX proxy-voting customers access to DRRT’s proprietary Monitoring System via the IVOX platform. This special service gives IVOX customers up-to-date alerts about relevant global class actions, settlements and special situations requiring extra attention of the responsible institutional investor. IVOX customers may further benefit from an integrated process which includes the monitoring of portfolios as well as claims filing by DRRT based on relevant situations identified by IVOX for its customers based on their holdings. The Alert Service is provided free of charge to institutional investors using the IVOX platform. Additionally, special preferred rates for a full monitoring program with DRRT are available.
