PPM Database Information
PPM Database & Software - Details and Functionality
A key component of the efficiency of the PPM system is the PPM database, which is designed to meet the specific needs and challenges involved in the monitoring and administration of cases and client specific data/information. The uniquely designed PPM database allows total customization to meet the varying needs of our clients by providing general and individualized reports for the three major case categories: Class Action Cases, Special Cases and Settlements.
Our PPM system can generate customized reports at any time. These reports are available to PPM clients through the secure client area on this website in Excel and PDF formats with a client-specific user name and password at any time. Additionally, the reports will be sent to our clients on a monthly or quarterly basis, as requested.

Available reports:
• General Active Case List
This list contains information on all current Pending Settlements (with non-expired proof of claim filing deadlines), New Class Actions (within the 60-day lead plaintiff application period), and Special Cases (as direct private actions or opt out cases, class representative situations, and special settlement situations).
• Client Case List
This list contains the results of pre-screened cases (matches) as they relate to individual clients and the information we have received from them (either inventory lists or complete historic trading records) for the three major case categories.
• Client Tracking Report
This list permits each client an up-to-date status of their individual PPM account in our PPM system and the progress for each actively managed case. It is a great tool to get a quick overview over what is pending.
